Intellectual property protection

This site is protected by French and international legislation in terms of intellectual property. Any representation or reproduction in any form of all or part of this site of the information contained within it without authorisation is illegal and is considered fraud, punishable by the terms of the Intellectual Property code.

The databases used for this site, produced by the Ekomorphoz Association, are protected by the terms of the intellectual property code, stemming from Law n°98-536 from the 01 July 1998 concerning legal protection for databases. As a result, any extraction or reuse of a qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the content of any database on the site is illegal, as is any repeated and systematic extraction of a qualitatively or quantitatively non-substantial part of the contents of any database on the site.

Protection of brands and logos

Any use in any form of one or several brands and/or one or several logos or visuals from this site is illegal and is considered fraud, punishable by the terms of the Intellectual Property code.

Links and freedom

The exchange of hypertext links is authorised, provided that the URL is reproduced. The Ekomorphoz Association cannot be held liable for the content of any sites to which provides a link.

Use of information

The Ekomorphoz Association may in no way be held liable for the interpretation and/or use of any information contained within this site, or for any consequences of this interpretation and/or use. Any use by any user of any information from this site is the sole responsibility of this user, and the Ekomorphoz Association may in no way be held responsible for anything in connection with this use and/or the resulting consequences.


The Ekomorphoz Association provides the following registers, aiming to identify all of the databases hosted on its servers, as well as the type of data collected, preserved, how long it is kept, and its updates.

Preservation time/updates of the personal data collected

Whenever a form is submitted on the site, the data are preserved for five years from their last update, implying the explicit consent of the user.

Personal data confidentiality

The personal data collected are solely destined for the Ekomorphoz Association and will only be used as part of the submission of a form on the site.
These data will never be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties, except for the following cases:
• Insults and/or statements risking public order or good morals.
• Criminal proceedings initiated against you: the data may be shared upon the request of the police.

All of the pages on the site are secured via an SSL certificate (HTTPS protocol, TLS 1.2). This is a protocol used to encrypt (secure) the contents of any exchanges between the browser used by the visitor to access the site and the servers hosting it.
